The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case no. 155 of 2024 registered under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant states that nine named accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have came variously armed. It is further stated that over a dispute relating to the pillar fixed by the amin for measurement of the land as also throwing of the waste, it is stated that the accused persons assaulted the informant and others with lathi , danda , iron rod, khanti , bricks, etc as a result of which the informant and others were injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are false and concocted. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the injury report does not support the allegation of assault by so many persons. The petitioner is in custody since 16.1.2026 and has no criminal antecedent.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State who submits that the injury sustained by the informant has been opined to be grievous in nature.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the allegations being of assault by nine named accused persons, the allegation against the petitioner being general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner having remained in custody since 16.1.2026, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case no. 155 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Danapur, Patna.
