Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jairampur P.S Case No. 3 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the BNS, 2023.

As per prosecution case, petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 fo the bail petition. It is next submitted that the petitioner and the victim were acquainted with each other and were in a love relationship. It is also submitted that petitioner is
