2 25-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 113(1), 109, 74, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant. It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted the wife of the informant with katta due to which she sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the

F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 5 days without any plausible reason. Petitioners and informant are agnates. The nature of the injury to the injured is simple. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.
