Case No. 468 of 2025 (Thana Phulparas, District Madhubani), registered for offences punishable under sections 329(3), 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case was that one Pankaj fired at the son of the informant but the shot misfired; counsel for the petitioner pointed out that the firing allegation was against Pankaj, that no injury was caused to anybody, and that the allegations were general and omnibus. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 329(3), 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

The case of the prosecution is that one Pankaj has fired at the son of the informant but it was misfired.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that the allegation of firing is against Pankaj and that in this case, no injury is caused to anybody.
