As per the prosecution case, the informant states that his 16 year old daughter was taken away by the petitioner for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No occurrence in the manner as alleged in the FIR has taken place. The petitioner is in custody 13.11.2025 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. He has no criminal antecedent.
