The petitioner seeks bail in Amas P.S. Case No. 332 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections305, 331(2) of B.N.S. 2023.

Allegedly, in absence of the informant, some unknown miscreants committed theft in his house and it was noticed by the informant that some belongings of the house were looted away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused which has no

evidentiary value in the eye of law. The petitioner is in custody since 04-12-2025.
