The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 252 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The allegation is that the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The girl in her statement under Section 180 of BNSS stated that she fled away with the petitioner and married him. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
