It is stated with reference to the stamp report defects that amongst the 16 defects pointed out by the stamp reporter, Defect No. 8 says that formatting/drafting of the memo of appeal does (not) appear to be as per Patna High Court filing rules. It is submitted that the word ‘not’ seems to be missing after the word ‘does’ and before the word ‘appear’.
