Soni Shrivastava), arising out of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.11695 of 2018. The appellants — the State of Bihar co-operative authorities (Principal Secretary-cum-Appellate Authority, Registrar-cum-Disciplinary Authority, Enquiry Officer, and Presenting Officer) — assailed the judgment dated 12.07.2022 of a learned Single Judge, which quashed the Disciplinary Authority's dismissal of Respondent No. 1, Hargun Prasad Singh, dated 13.05.2014, and the Appellate Order dated 28.05.2015, and directed payment of all consequential benefits within three months. Appellants assail the judgment dated 12.07.2022 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No.

11695 of 2018, whereby, the order of Disciplinary Authority, inflicting Respondent No. 1 with severe punishment of dismissal, dated 13.05.2014, as well as the Appellate Order, dated 28.05.2015, stood quashed and all consequential benefits were directed to be paid to Respondent No. 1, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of judgment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that this matter is similar to the matter dealt with in CWJC No. 443 of 2022, whereby the impugned order was set aside and the respondents were directed to reinstate the petitioner therein, in service, with all consequential benefits preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. In compliance thereto, the appellants have reinstated the petitioner therein.

Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that this is a similar matter and the Court may issue orders in tandem with the order of the Writ Court (Annexure-R1/1).

Having given due consideration to the submissions advanced and in view of the order of the Writ Court (supra), let the Respondent No. 1 be treated on parity with the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 443 of 2022.

With the above direction, this Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of.
