show-cause affidavit filed on behalf of the O.P. Nos. 3 to 6 has categorically submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court, the brick soling from the raiyati land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 99, Plot No. 572/3213, Area 03 decimals and Plot No. 271/3171, Area 03 decimals situated at Mauza Dharauli under Thana No. 264, P.S. Brahmapur (new P.S. Bagen Gola) within the District-Buxar have already been removed. The removal report was also sent to all concerned. It is also contended that during the course of removing the brick soling from the raiyati land of the petitioner, the photography and videography were made and now, the lands of the petitioner are free from encroachment.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the averments made in the counter affidavits are yet to be verified.

Having considered the submissions advanced and taking note of the averments of the show-cause affidavit, the present contempt petition stands closed.
