Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner Mr. Anshul and learned AC to GA-2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State but then submits that petitioner be permitted to raise his other grievances
