2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that defects pointed out by the office was removed within stipulated time. However, typed copy of Page Nos. 33, 37 and 49 could not be filed inadvertently; but the same was immediately complied after coming to the knowledge of learned counsel of the petitioner.
