Show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party 4 and 5, ‘the NHAI’ and from the record, it shows that the Arbitration Case No. 768 of 2025 has been filed (AnnexureA/1).

Since ‘the NHAI’ has taken steps and Arbitration Case No. 768 of 2025 is pending, no further step is to be taken in the matter.
