“That this appeal is directed against the order dated 27.9.2024 passed by the learned SubJudge-14, Vaishali, Hajipur in Partition Suit NO.

327/2024 whereby while disposing of petition under order XXXIX Rule 1 C.P.C. filed by defendant no. 5 and 6 the learned Sub-Judge directed the parties to maintain status quo over the land in question till appearance of all unappeared parties and any contravention or disobedience of order will be considered as contempt of court and appropriate legal action shall be taken for such disobedience and further directed the parties to get the suit disposed off at the earliest.”
