8 08-12-2025 Following is the relief sought for in the present writ

application:-

“(a) For issuing prohibitory orders ensuring complete prohibition on employment of minors in orchestra and dance groups throughout the State of Bihar, in order to prevent child trafficking and exploitation of children;

¶22

(b) To issue directions to immediate seal and shut the premises of orchestra and dance groups throughout the State of Bihar, in which minors or victims of child trafficking are confined and compelled to perform illegal acts and accordingly institute criminal cases upon the owner of such orchestra and dance groups and also upon the people who lease out their premises to such orchestra and dance groups;

(c) To immediately rehabilitate the victims rescued and to ensure mandatory follow-ups to avoid re-victimization of minors in accordance with Bihar Victim Compensation Scheme, 2014 (as amended in 2019);

(d) To complete the pending investigation, inquiry and trial of rescued victims within the time period specified under law;

¶25

(e) To pass such order or further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
