(i) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the state respondents to protect the ancestral land of petitioner from the illegal and unlawful grabbing activity of the private respondents (7 to 15) who are making all out efforts to disturb the peaceful

title and possessions of petitioner to grab the same at the anvil of their illegal muscles power.
(ii) To direct the respondent - state authority to protect the title and possession of ancestral property enumerated here under in this application in paragraph of petitioner from the illegal capturing and grabbing activity of private respondents.
(iii) To direct the state respondents to restore the rule and law with a view to protect the property under reference of petition.
(iv) To hold and declare that state authorities are bound to protect the peaceful legal title and possession of petitioner under Article 21 and 300 A of Constitution of India.
