being disposed of at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for

seeking the same relief as prayed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation

before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad on 25.03.2025 (Annexure-3) which is still pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad to dispose of the representation on merit within specified period after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

To this prayer being made by the petitioner, the Respondent-State has got no objection.

In view of the nature of the prayer being made by the learned counsel for petitioner, the present writ application stands disposed of directing the Respondent No.3, SubDivisional Officer, Aurangabad to dispose of the representation dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure-3) filed by the petitioner on merit within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that the order disposing of the representation shall be a reasoned and speaking order and shall be passed after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
