pension/family pension to the petitioners in terms of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of Bihar State Handloom, Powerloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Corporation’) held on 25.07.1974 and also in terms with the Rules and Regulation.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Corporation and submission has been made that the employees of the Corporation are not being paid pension/family pension under Employees Pension Scheme, 1995. The EPF amount as has been deducted from the salary of the petitioners, the same has already been withdrawn by the petitioners from their account.

At this juncture, learned Advocate for the petitioner Mr. Abu Haider, apprised this Court that for identical grievance various petitioners have approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4281 of 2021 and C.W.J.C. No. 6772 of 2021 wherien the Court have extended the liberty to the petitioners to approach before the authority concerned for ventilating their grievance.

Learned Advocate for the respondents though resisted the prayer of the petitioners, however, they did not able to confront the position with respect to the order passed by the
