Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

As the issue involved in both the writ petitions are similar, they are being taken up together and are being disposed of by a common order.

Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs that corrective steps have already been taken in light of the several government resolutions making the order passed by the State Disability Commission ineffective and he has received instruction that the petitioners are already getting regular salary without fail and in view of the above, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petitions.

The writ petitions, accordingly, stand dismissed as withdrawn.
