In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for to

command the respondents to restore the possession of the petitioner over part of land measuring 14 Decimals out of 25 Decimals appertaining to Plot No.884/2 of Khata No.187 of Mauza-Rampurwa which was settled with petitioner by State of Bihar in 1988-89 but father of Respondent Nos.7 and 8 illegally and forcefully dispossessed the petitioner in 1993-94.
