Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

said memo of charge has not been issued by the competent authority.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that petitioner has every liberty to challenge the same before the Enquiry Officer or before the Competent Authority.

As such, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the letter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same before the Enquiry Officer/Conducting Officer as and when situation shall arise.
