The present writ petition has been filed

seeking the following relief:-

“1. (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing/ commanding the concerned respondents to give employment to the petitioner on the post of Shiksha Sevak with all consequential benefits in Talimi Markaj of the Middle School, Bishanpur Piprahi under the scheme of the State Government for Mahadalit and minority

and most backward class under Akshar Anchal scheme considering the fact that the petitioner having highest marks of 66.42% in his Faquania Examination and his name is in the merit list and has participated in the counseling in the proposed selection, but, due to malafide intention the appointment of the petitioner has not yet been done.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
