seeking the following reliefs:-

“1.a. For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order contained in memo no. 55 dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure- P/5), issued by the Executive Officer, Nagar Parisad, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 5) whereby the petitioners have been directed to vacate their respective shops on or before 11.01.2025.

b. Further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities not to disturb the possession of the petitioners over the shops in question.”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the authorities of the Nagar Parishad, Aurangabad for redressal of their subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
