Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has tried his level best to contact with the petitioner to comply with the previous orders of this Court but despite of best effort, learned counsel for the petitioner could not contact the petitioner as yet and therefore he is unable to take instruction and inform this Court. He further submits that it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter and as such he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in absence of the instruction from the petitioner.
