In the light of previous order dated 21.02.2025 passed in the instant petitions CWJC Nos. 8093 of 2019 and 2988 of 2022, Dr. K.N. Singh, learned ASG appearing for NHAI submitted that work has commenced for the construction of 2.81 kms. of road on Nathupur-Saristabad highway and it would be completing in the month of January, 2026.
