(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order/direction in the nature of 'mandamus' directing and commanding the concern authorities to issue the up to date current revenue rent receipt for the area of land 5 decimal to the petitioner on account his running jamabandi No. 860 from the said Khata and Kheshra.
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' directing and commanding the concern respondents not to disturb the petitioners Jamabandi No. 860 for the said land in question.
(iv) For any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner found entitled to may kindly be allowed to the petitioner.”
