The issue with regard to appointment of Chaukidar came to be settled by the learned Division Bench of this Court in the case of Devmuni Paswan Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. , reported in, 2023 (2) PLJR 425 , this Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition.
