The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

Commissioner, Patna in dismissing the Land Ceiling Revision No. 174/2011 and affirming the order dated 6-9-2011, contained in ANN7, passed by the Addl. Collector, Nalanda in Land Ceiling Appeal No. 03/2008-09 allowing the appeal & in setting aside the order of learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Biharsharif (for short-DCLR) dated 19-5-2008, contained in ANN-S, passed in L. C. Case No. 05/04-05 by which pre-emption application u/s 16(3) of Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area & Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961(For short- the Ceiling Act), was allowed in favour of petitioner and consequently, to allow the Land Ceiling Revision no. 174/2011 aforesaid also;
