The present application has been preferred for the

(a) To issue an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the Respondents, specially Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to re-survey of the lands in dispute, transferred by the then Collector, State of Bihar Shahabad in the to the Collector, Ballia Janpad at Ballia in the State of Uttar Pradesh in pursuance of the Bihar and Uttar Pradesh (Alteration of Boundaries Act, 1968 after notices to the respective raiyats based on survey proceeding conducted in the year 1934, the map which was finally published on 27.06.1937.

(b) To issue an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the to reRespondent Nos. 6 and 7, measure/re-survey

(c) To issue an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to Respondents specially Respondent No.6 and 78, to re-measure and re-survey transferred the lands under the supervision of technical Survey Officer, Union of India, New Delhi.

(d) To issue an direction/directions to Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 to transfer the maps relates to survey proceeding conducted in the year 1934 for the Village- Dubha Tauffir by District Survey Authority, Arrah to the Ballia Collectorate, Ballia (U.P), if not transferred earlier.

(e) Any other relief/reliefs may be granted to petitioners for which they entitled to.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they shall be approaching the appropriate authority/Court under jurisdiction of which, the land exist for which the petitioners have grievance.
