make payment of the compensation amount on the present market value along with statutory interest as well as compensation for damage of crops due to cutting the soil from the lands of the petitioner which has been taken possession by the respondent authorities without providing the

compensation amount as the land of the petitioners have been taken in possession by the respondent authorities without informing the petitioner or completing the acquisition procedure since no amount has been paid for their land and the possession has been taken by the respondent authorities by cutting the soil from their lands destroying the crops standing thereon without providing compensation to the said lands;
