The present writ petition has been filed by the

petitioner for following reliefs:-

(i) for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, or in any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction, to direct/command the respondents to provides due protection to the Petitioner for her life and properties and oust the unlawful elements, private respondents no.6 to 8 & Others, who are disturbing the peaceful possession of the Petitioner over/in respect of her raiyati lands, of R.S. Khata no.121, R.S. Plots nos. 1836/2408, 1629, 1630, 1631, 1637, 1638, 1641,

1648, 1717, 1718, 1795,1795, 1827, 1828, 1829, 1833, 1834 & 1835, having total Area- 1.26.62 Hectares, of which Jamabandi is running in the name of Petitioner and she had paid the up-to-date rents to the revenue authorities, having rent receipts upto 2014-15,having right, title & interest over the lands in question, which has been affirmed upto by The Hon'ble Apex Court.

The main grievance of the petitioner is the despite

the fact that he had deposited the required fee for measurement of his land, as directed by the Additional Collector, Katihar, his land has not been measured till date.

The Circle officer, Katihar Anchal is directed to expedite the application of the petitioner and dispose of his application within a period of six months.
