Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is ready to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 4) for

redressal of his grievances and he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court to the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the representation so filed by the petitioner within a fixed time frame on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent nos. 5 and 6.

To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsels for the Respondents do not have any objection.

Considering the nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a a detailed and comprehensive representation before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 4) within one month from the date of passing of this order and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be heard and decided further within a period of four months by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 4) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent nos. 5 and 6, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
