Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ petition has been filed for the following

reliefs:

“I. For issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondents-authorities to accept the voluntary retirement of the petitioner from the post of Headmaster, Middle School, Taradh, Nokha, Rohtas with effect from 11.01.2018, an

application for voluntary retirement submitted by the petitioner before the District Program Officer (Establishment), Rohtas and others respondentsauthorities as contained in Annexure-P/7 series in this writ petition.

II. For issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents-authorities to make payment immediately of entire voluntary retirement dues with interest and pension with effect from due date.

III. For any other relief/reliefs to the petitioner, for which petitioner is duly entitled in accordance with law.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has already filed applications for voluntary retirement from service on 11.01.2018, 31.07.2019, 16.03.2022 and 03.09.2022 before the concerned authorities but no appropriate action has been taken uptil now.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 6, the District Program Officer (Establishment), Rohtas at Sasaram to pass a reasoned and a speaking order after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
