present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:-

(i) The order dated 23.03.2018 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Patna in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 81/2014-15 be

quashed.

(ii) The learned Additional Collector or any other authority of District- Patna be restrained from interfering in the right, title and possession of the petitioners.

(iii) The respondent authorities be also restrained from interfering in Mutation made in the name of the petitioners, vide Mutation Case No. 1472/5/2009-10 and Mutation Case No. 1374/5/2010-11.

(iv) The petitioners be also granted the cost of the proceeding throughout.

Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection

and submits that against the order passed for cancellation of Jamabandi , statutory appeal is maintainable in this case.

As such, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioners to prefer appeal under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act, 23 of 2011).

Delay, if any, in filing the appeal is hereby directed to be condoned.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ application stands disposed off.
