approach Path of N.H.-28 to Kanti Chowk as encroached by some people who makes temporary and permanent construction as huts and houses, due to conjunction created by the encroachers on the public road, the worst affected segment of the society is the Local people who are facing the unbearable pain due to man made artificial jam in read, always crowded with the vehicles, and due to fast running vehicles there is always possibility of accident.
that sole petitioner is no more and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.
