B. For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 08.05.2005 passed in case no. R.M. 31/01-02 passed by the Respondent no. 2 as contained in Annexure-8) by which the Respondent no.2 has perversely affirmed the aforesaid order as contained in Annexure-6.
C. For issuance of an order/orders direction/directions directing the respondents to not interfere in possession of the petitioners over the land in question.
D. For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners may be found entitled under the law in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case.”
