By filing the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

I) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the final

result dated 27.02.2020 and revised result dated 21.08.2020 in the light of the Advertisement No. 02/2016 for appointment of Lecturers in Government Teachers Training Colleges in the State of Bihar and further for a direction to republish the correct/modified/revised results as per Advertisement No. 02/2026.

II) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction upon the respondent Authorities to stay the joining of the successful candidates until and unless the revised results are published.

III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/order/direction for which the writ petitioners shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners have submitted representations before the respondent B.P.S.C. on 14.09.2020 and the Education Department on 15.09.2020 through post and E-mail for redressal of their grievances, but till date, nothing has been done in this regard.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it proper to direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna

(respondent no. 2) along with the supporting documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or through their counsel.

Needless to state that the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
