(ii) for taking cognizance by the University Authorities for not adding the name of the petitioner in the panel list for regularization of the lecturer of the college and to take proper legal recourse;
(iii) for adding the name of the petitioner in the panel list for regularization of the lecturer of the college;
(iv) Any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to.”
for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Principal, Banarsilal Sarraf Commerce College, Nawgachhiya, Bhagalpur within one month from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that if such a representation is filed within the stipulated time then an appropriate direction be issued to the Principal, Banarsilal Sarraf Commerce College, Nawgachhiya, Bhagalpur to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on merit, within a
