The present interlocutory application has been filed for correcting the name of the petitioner ‘ Madhu Kumari’ as ‘ Madhu Kumari @ Madhu Devi’ in place of ‘ Madhu Kumari’ .

to a typographical error, the name ‘ Madhu Kumari’ was mentioned instead of ‘ Madhu Kumari @ Madhu Devi’ .

In view of the submissions made, Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2025 is allowed. Let the name of the petitioner in the writ petition be corrected as ‘ Madhu Kumari @ Madhu Devi’ .

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the name of the petitioner in the writ petition as well as in the cause title.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission as respondent no. 6 in the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the appointment of respondent no. 5 to the post of Vikash Mitra , and for a direction to appoint the petitioner to the said post in Hawidih South Panchayat, Block Baheri, District Darbhanga ,

after following due process of law.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has already filed a representation before respondent no. 2, namely, the Collector, Darbhanga, but no action has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission submits that any grievance regarding irregularity in the appointment to the post of Vikash Mitra is to be addressed before the competent authority under the Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission, as per the rules framed for selection under the said Mission. However, the petitioner has not yet filed any representation before the appropriate authority.

In light of the submissions made, it appears to this Court that the Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission is the competent authority to redress the grievance raised by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before respondent no. 6, namely, the Director, Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission, along with a copy of this order, within a period of 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the Director, Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission, shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, within 90 days from the date of filing of such
