The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lawyer and is aggrieved by Resolution No. 99/2025/11.5.2025 contained in letter vide Reference No. 785-786/2025 dated 15-5-2025 issued by the Respondent No. 2 on behalf of Respondent No. 1, whereby general body of respondent No. 1 took up Agenda No. 7 & 7A, which has been referred in complaint petition and show cause filed by Shri Nwal Kishore Sah (petitioner) and came to a conclusion that that conduct of the petitioner is unbecoming of an advocate and as such resolved that the license of the petitioner be suspended till the decision of Disciplinary Committee, apart from other reliefs.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aggrieved by his order of suspension on the ground that order of suspension is a non-speaking order and does not record/assign any reason for suspension. It is next submitted that order of suspension is subject to challenge before a superior forum but in absence of reason it becomes difficult for the delinquent to assail the same before any superior forum. The learned counsel for the petitioner next draws the attention of the Court to Annexure-P/9 to the writ application to submit that

petitioner has filed his reply to the show-cause issued by the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna dated 18-2-2025 furnishing his explanation but then the same till date is pending consideration.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner next submits that petitioner would be satisfied in the event if a direction is issued to the Bihar State Bar Council for deciding Annexure-P/9 to the writ application within a time frame.

5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Bar Council and the private respondent No. 4 does not have any objection.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the authority competent of Bihar State Bar Council, Patna, to consider and decide Annexure-P/9 to the writ application within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

7. The writ petition is disposed with the aforesaid direction.
