petitioner seeking direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents no.10 to 12, who are antisocial elements and trying to construct a building over the private land of the petitioner situated at Mauza Bihnagar bearing Khata no.61 Khesra no.576 hold having its area 1 katha and, further to direct the respondents to grant protection to the petitioner from private respondents no.9 to 12.

It appears that a Title Suit No.16 of 2025 is pending in the Court below.

In these circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application with a liberty to file an injunction application in the concerned Court below.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
