The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR bearing Brahmpur P.S Case No.281 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No.2497 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A), 406, 327, 354, 354(B), 376, 511, 342, 324, 306, 120(B) and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
