for adjournment of this case for the day due to illness of the learned arguing counsel, this Court is of the view that the instant criminal writ petition can be disposed of on the basis of submission made by the learned Advocate on behalf of the State/respondents.

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition for direction upon the Police Authority to register F.I.R. on the basis of his information against the accused persons, under Sections

It is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the respondents that on the basis of complaint made by the informant/petitioner, Police has already registered Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, dated 29^th June, 2024 under the aforesaid penal provision against the accused persons.

In view of such circumstances, the instant writ petition presently becomes infructuous, as the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been complied with by the Police Authority.

In view of such circumstances, I do not find any requirement to pass any order in the criminal writ petition on merit.

With the above observation, the instant criminal writ petition is disposed of.
