This is an application under Section 102 of the

Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, challenging legality, propriety and validity of the impugned order dated 1^st of July, 2024, passed by the learned Special Judge (Children Court) in Criminal Appeal No. 21 of 2024 arising out JJB No. 1112 of 2023. By passing the impugned order, the learned Court of Appeal rejected the prayer for bail of the CICL.

I have carefully perused the impugned order.

The order rejecting the prayer for bail was passed

by the Court of Appeal on due consideration of Section 12 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015,
