The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Complaint Case No. 1079 of 2024 registered under Sections 379, 420, 120B, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is informed that by way of mediation both the parties have arrived at agreed terms and conditions, in presence of learned Mediator, on 10.04.2025.

Opposite Party No.2 has received a demand draft of Rs.2 lakhs from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as first installment, in the open court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that the petitioner will abide by each and every terms and conditions of the agreement, which the parties have arrived at in presence of learned Mediator on 10.04.2025, without fail.

Considering the above information, it is made clear that in case the petitioner breaches any of the terms and conditions of the agreement, the interim protection granted to him shall ultimately lose its force.

Accordingly, the present bail petition stands disposed of.
