2 . The petitioner seeks bail in connection with

Excise Sadar Supaul P.S. Case No.263 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 210 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner.

4 . It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. She is in custody since 28.09.2025.

5 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs.25,000/- in some
