The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case

As per prosecution case, Petitioner Nos. 1, 3 and 4 damaged the Scorpio vehicle of the informant, Petitioner No. 2 assaulted one Chandra Dev Choudhary by means of lathi and

Petitioner Nos. 5 and 6 assaulted one Anup Yadav by means of dab and garasa .

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that both parties are Pataidars and covillagers and due to admitted land dispute between them for which Petitioner No. 3 has filed a title suit bearing Title Suit No. 252 of 2012 against the informant and others, a simple maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter-case. Injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners has been found to be simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, case and counter-case between the parties and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.
