Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.610 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 322, 338 & 336(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

As per the prosecution case, there is allegation of removal of two judicial files from their original place and writing something on it in the Patna High Court.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no allegation of tampering with the judicial record. Learned counsel submits that no judicial file was lost or destroyed or taken away by the petitioner and from

the F.I.R. itself it shows that both the files found near their original place and not from the possession of petitioner, there was no alteration or damage to the files. He further submits that there is no material to show any gain or loss to anyone and there is no claim that the petitioner gained anything or that any court proceeding was affected. Learned counsel submits that the alleged offence is triable by the Magistrate. Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2025, having got clean antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.610 of 2025.
