together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

learned APP for the State.

In the present case, the petitioners seek bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 419 of 2025 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

As per prosecution case, petitioners and other coaccused persons, armed with lathi and danda, assaulted the informant and his mother without any reason.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitionerRanveer Kumar has filed Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 418 of 2025 against the informant and another as they assaulted the petitioner-Ranveer Kumar and snatched a gold locket and Rs. 55,000/- from him. In order to save themselves, this false case has been lodged against the petitioner and others. Learned counsel further submits that, moreover, the allegation against the petitioners-Ranveer Kumar and Randhir Kumar is only for assault by slaps, fists and lathi . There is no injury report of mother of the informant and though there is allegation against the petitioner-Shyam Sundar Rai for assaulting the informant on his head with lathi, the injuries of the informant are stated to

be simple. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 29.10.2025. The petitioners - Ranveer Kumar and Randhir Kumar are having clean antecedent whereas petitioner- Shyam Sundar Rai is having antecedent of three cases and is on bail in all those cases.

Learned APP for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the earlier version of the petitioner’s side and also considering the simple nature of injuries of the informant and further considering the period of custody of the petitioners, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur/court concerned in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 419 of 2025, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 480(3) of BNSS and the following conditions:

(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners.

(ii) The petitioners will remain present on each

and every date fixed by the court below.

(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates

or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioners will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
