The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 432 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegation against the petitioners and others is that they have killed the daughter of the informant for nonfulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is married Nanad

(sister of the husband of the deceased) and petitioner no. 2 is wife of elder brother of the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that status of deceased and petitioner no. 2 is same. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 is residing far from the parental house of the petitioner. Further, it is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, rather, the allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioners are in custody since 25.07.2025, having no criminal antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned A.P.P for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 432 of 2025.
